Source separation workspace

SPECTRA

Open a recording. Reach the parts inside it.

SPECTRA separates a song into seven aligned stems, opens drums into six more components, and keeps the result playable, mixable, cacheable, and ready for FORMA.

Separation is useful when the result stays in the creative flow.

Analysis runs away from the audio callback, uses Apple Metal when it helps, and stores bounded high-resolution FLAC caches so repeated work is fast. Every stem keeps independent gain, mute, solo, save, and export control.

Built for making, not managing.

Seven song stems

Vocals, drums, bass, piano, synths, FX, and other remain sample-aligned for performance and export.

Six drum components

Open drums into kick, snare, hi-hat, cymbals, toms, and percussion with hierarchical mixing.

Fast repeat analysis

Metal acceleration and a bounded FLAC cache reduce waiting without touching the realtime audio thread.

FORMA-ready saves

Quick-save any song or drum stem as a 24-bit WAV and load the latest result directly in FORMA.
